   We meet at your home or proposed site. We listen, ask the right questions, and outline what's realistic for your scope and budget.

2. Step 02

   Design & Planning

   We coordinate with architects and designers (yours or ours), align on materials, and produce a detailed scope and estimate.

3. Step 03

   Permits & Prep

   We submit drawings, manage city approvals, schedule trades, and prepare the site so day-one of construction is clean.

4. Step 04

   Construction

   Vetted craftspeople led by a dedicated project manager. Weekly progress updates, transparent change-orders, no surprises.

5. Step 05

   Finishing & Walkthrough

   Final detailing, punch-list, and a thorough walkthrough to make sure every detail meets the standard we promised.

6. Step 06

   Ongoing Support

   A full year of attentive post-completion support — because a home keeps living after the keys are handed over.
